Your ad will be seen by all the festival attendees in the printed and online Guide, which will include the individual programs to all the events, photos and names for all the choir groups, dance groups, and other participants.

Resolution: All images and files must be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at 100% size for high-quality, sharp, and non-pixelated images.
File Formats: High-resolution PDFs are the standard, though TIFF or EPS formats are also accepted.
Bleed and Margins: If the image extends to the edge, a 0.125” to 0.25” bleed is required on all sides. Keep all critical text and logos at least 0.25” to 0.5” from the trim line (the edge of the page) to prevent them from being cut off.
Fonts: Fonts should be embedded in the PDF or converted to outlines (curves) to ensure they print correctly.
